The 9th edition of the Paris Map-fair will be held November 6th 2010 again in Hotel Ambassador, in the heart of Paris, just 2 minutes from the famous Opera Garnier and the major department stores, also located near Montmartre and the Louvre museum. The fair is organized by Loeb-Larocque  and Agnès Talec.
The fair includes a fine selection of travel books. Specialist Antiquarian Bookdealers in the field of travel books as Asher Rare Books, Bernard Shapero, Le Bail, Loeb-Larocque, Monsieur le Prince,Les Trois Islets, Jean-Louis Ceccarini will be showing a fine selection of travel books from all parts of the world.

#########With participants from France, UK, Spain, Italy, USA, Belgium and the Netherlands. The fair is a one-day event (Saturday November 6th 2010).

Auction of atlases and maps at Drouot 2PM

The annual atlas and map auction of Loeb-Larocque will start at 2PM, on thursday 11am- 6pm and friday 11am-noon are the viewing days. Contact Béatrice Loeb-Laroque if you want to consign atlases, books to this auction.
Pre-Mapfair dinner 7.30PM
A cocktail and dinner wil be held open for visitors and participating dealers, and will be held in a typical Parisian Bistro on walking distance of the hotel. Price 85 euros. Reservation is needed.
