We are excited to welcome you as a participant at the 25th Paris Map Fair on November 21, 2026
After 24 years, we were forced to move to new premises and chose Espace Cléry, 17 rue Cléry, 75002 Paris, in the 2nd arrondissement, in the center of Paris. Espace Cléry is known to book dealers because an antiquarian book fair is held there each year. The building is located opposite the metro station Sentier (line 3) and close to the Grand Boulevards, the BNF (National Library), and the Bourse (Old Stock Exchange).
This former private mansion is renowned for its glass roof, whose Eiffel-inspired design is strikingly evident. This glass roof was created by combining two historic buildings at the beginning of the 20th century. The building was once the residence of the French painter, Madame Élisabeth Vigée Le Brun, a renowned portraitist at the court of Marie Antoinette and Louis XVI and meeting place for Paris high-society.

Friday 21 November
18.00 - 19.00 - Option to deliver items to Espace Cléry for overnight storage.19.00 - 20.30 - Pre-Map Fair welcome cocktail for participating dealers and map enthusiasts. This year the cocktail will last for 1.5 hours and will include small snacks.

7.00 - 11.00 Booth installation
11.00 - Opening of the fair for the general public.
18.00 - Closing of the fair.
18.00-19.00 - Dismantling of the booths
There will be 4 booth types, so each participants has a wide choice to find a both that fits their needs and budget. Booth types are A, B, C, and D and are linked to size and location.
- BOOTH (A) is located in room A and consists of one 120 x 60cm. table, and no space for a print rack.(450.00 euros*)
- BOOTH (B) is located in room B and consists of two 120 x 60cm. tables, back screen and has space for one print rack, etc. (650.00 euros*)
- BOOTH (C) is located in room C (the center room with the high Eiffel-style roof and consisting of two 120 x 60cm). two tables, back screen and has space for one print rack, etc. (950.00 euros*)
- BOOTH (D) consists of three 60x120cm tables and space for several print racks.

* Dealers from outside France and registered inside the EU with a valid VAT number are exempt from paying VAT .

Cocktail reception - Friday 20 November - 19.00-20.00
Friday 19.00 - Cocktail receptionOn Friday night, a cocktail reception, open to visitors and participating dealers.
The reception will feature a premium open bar, with champagne, wine and snacks.
The reception starts at 7 PM and lasts for 1.5 hours.
This is a great opportunity to meet all dealers and map collectors in an unwinded atmosphere before the fair.
We hope you will join us to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Paris Map Fair.
Hotel reservation
We have rent a typical Parisian Eiffel-style building with 7 rooms exclusively for participating map fair dealers. Each room is about 20 square meters and has a private bathroom. We have a common area where we can meet and discuss. Check-in after 3PM, check-out the next day at 11 AM.
The building is at 3 minutes walk from Espace Cléry. SOLD OUT.
