24th Paris Map Fair program
Friday, 7 November - Merchandise drop off
Participants can drop off their merchandise at the hotel Ambassador from 14.00. We have a secure storage room where the items can stay overnight. Participants who do not sleep in Hotel Ambassadors can also use this service. The hotel's bellboys will assist you in storing your item. Storage is on your own risk.
19.00 - 20.00 - A welcome cocktail for participating dealers and map enthusiasts will be organized in Hotel Ambassador.
Free of charge. Reservation is needed.
20.30 - 22.00 - Dinner in Restaurant La Valentin, 30 Passage Jouffroy, Paris 47009, with other dealers and collectors.
48.00 euros pp. By reservation and pre-payment only.

7.00 - 11.00 Booth installation
After unloading your items, you must immediately remove your car and park it in the nearby Drouot parking lot.
11.00 - Opening of the fair for the general public.
18.00 - Closing of the fair.
18.00-19.00 - Dismantling of the booths
- A TABLE consists of one 180 x 80cm. table, includes two chairs and has no space for a print rack, etc. (600.00 euros*)
- A TABLE consists of one 180 x 80cm. 2 meters wall space, a table, includes two chairs and has no space for a print rack, etc. (750.00 euros*)
- A STANDARD BOOTH is 2x3 meters and has a table, two chairs and space for one or two print racks. ( 1.100.00 euros*)
- A DELUXE BOOTH is 3x4 meters. ( 1.650.00 euros)
- EXTRAS: You can rent a print rack at 45.00 euros* (limited supply)
- EXTRAS: Back screens per 1 meter, height 1.8m at 75.00 euros* per meter.
* Dealers outside France and registered inside the EU with a valid VAT number are exempt from paying VAT .
Hotel reservation
We recommend booking early. November is a busy month for Paris and hotel rooms are cheaper when you book early.
If you like comfort, we recommend the Hotel Ambassador Marriott. The fair takes place in the hotel, which has valet parking and storage for your items on Friday night.
A cost-effective alternative at a 5-minute walk is the MSocial Hôtel Paris.
Hotel Ambassador
The Paris Marriott Opera Ambassador is located in the heart of Paris, 1640 feet from the Opéra Garnier.
Rooms euros 285.00 and up.
M Social Hôtel Paris
M Social Hôtel Paris is a 3 minutes walk from Hotel Ambassador and is slightly more cost-effective.
Rooms euros 205.00 and up.
Booking.com
The booking.com website can give you more hotels to stay in the Opéra Garnier and the Galeries Lafayette district.
