25th Paris Map Fair program
Friday 21 November18.00 - 19.00 - Option to deliver items for overnight storage.
19.00 - 20.00 - Pre-Map Fair welcome cocktail for participating dealers and map enthusiasts.
By reservation only.
Saturday, 21 November 2026
7.00 - 11.00 Booth installation
After unloading your items, you must immediately remove your car and park it in the nearby parking garage.
11.00 - Opening of the fair for the general public.
18.00 - Closing of the fair.
18.00-19.00 - Dismantling of the booths
- BOOTH (A) consists of one 120 x 60cm. table, includes two chairs and has no space for a print rack, etc. (450.00 euros*)
- BOOTH (B) consists of one 180 x 60cm. table, includes two chairs and has space for a print rack, etc. (650.00 euros*)
- DELUXE BOOTH (C) consists of three 60x120cm tables, two chairs and space for one or two print racks. ( 1.100.00 euros*)
- EXTRAS: You can rent a print rack at 45.00 euros* (limited supply)
* Dealers from outside France and registered inside the EU with a valid VAT number are exempt from paying VAT .
Hotel reservation
We will rent a typical Parisian Eiffel-style building with 7 rooms exclusively for participating map fair dealers. Each room is about 20 square meters and has a private bath room. We have a common area were we can meet and discuss. Checkin after 3PM, checkout the next day at 11 AM.
The building is at 3 minutes walk from Espace Cléry.
5 rooms left. 200 euros including breakfast.
